The genre of our film/trailer is going to be made up of a hybrid of genres which is thriller/drama. We chose to do these genres as they would both compliment each other.

The main features of a thriller is:
- excitement
- suspense
- anticipation
- anxiety
- tension

The main features of a drama:
- serious
- plot driven
- realistic characters
- good settings
- life situations/real life stories

This is a spider diagram which I created to show the elements of a drama/thriller genre. As a group, we have decided that for our teaser trailer, we are going to do a hybrid of a thriller and drama as they have similar features and they would fit together well.
